You produced such super paintings. I'm glad you have a show for them. I wish you great success. I havejust spent a three day workshop on values with Jill Carver. I'm hoping it will make my painting stronger. Your values are always just right, I think that is so very important.
ReplyDeleteHi Doug, thanks for the kind words. I hope too the show goes well. Happy anyway to have my work there. Thanks for saying my values are right, although I don't think they always are! But it's true that it is I think the most important thing in figurative painting and I only really discovered that a couple of years ago and it changed my way of seeing. I'm sure what you have learned will help you in the future. Happy painting!
DeleteHi Valerie - These bring it all back to me; so redolent of the atmosphere there and full of energy. Well done on getting them all ready! I am hoping to make the PV on Friday.
ReplyDeleteReally its too beautiful paintings i like it, Thanks for sharing this post..
