London Venice show

I have just got back my Venice paintings from the framer and they will now be sent to London for a special Venice show at [mine] gallery that will run during the whole month of March. I'm very excited and honoured to be a part of what promises to be a fantastic show!

10am until 5pm: Monday, Tuesday and Friday
Late night from 10am until 8pm: Thursday
10am until 4pm: Saturday and Sunday
Closed: Wednesday

    You produced such super paintings. I'm glad you have a show for them. I wish you great success. I havejust spent a three day workshop on values with Jill Carver. I'm hoping it will make my painting stronger. Your values are always just right, I think that is so very important.

      Hi Doug, thanks for the kind words. I hope too the show goes well. Happy anyway to have my work there. Thanks for saying my values are right, although I don't think they always are! But it's true that it is I think the most important thing in figurative painting and I only really discovered that a couple of years ago and it changed my way of seeing. I'm sure what you have learned will help you in the future. Happy painting!

    Hi Valerie - These bring it all back to me; so redolent of the atmosphere there and full of energy. Well done on getting them all ready! I am hoping to make the PV on Friday.
